Log in to your Shopify account at admin.shopify.com. Look at the address bar — you'll see a URL like admin.shopify.com/store/your-store-name. Your store domain is your-store-name.myshopify.com. Copy it — you'll need it in the next step.

Open the AI Chat & Submit Your Domain

Go to zeljix.com/pages/chat — your dedicated AI agent is available 24/7, no app required. Paste your store domain (e.g. your-store-name.myshopify.com) into the chat. Your agent will connect to your store and be ready to help.

Tell the Agent What You Want

Describe what you need in plain language. Examples:
“Add a FAQ section to my homepage.”

Common Questions

I gave an instruction but the page looks the same. What happened?

This is Shopify’s caching system at work. Changes are applied immediately in the backend, but your browser may show an older cached version for a few minutes. Try opening the page in a different browser or in an incognito/private window to see the update right away.

How do I know how many credits I have left?

Visit the Token Usage page to check your current balance. You can also ask your AI agent directly: “How many credits do I have?”

What if I run out of credits mid-month?

You can top up anytime from the Top Up Credits page. Credits are added instantly and your agent can continue working right away.

Can the agent make mistakes?

Rarely, but it can happen. Your agent will always confirm before applying changes, so you have a chance to review. If something doesn’t look right after a change, just tell the agent — it can revert or adjust immediately.
